A former Shaolin monk reunites his five brothers, years after their master’s death, to apply their superhuman martial arts skills to play soccer and bring Shaolin kung fu to the masses. In 2008 a sequel, produced by, but not starring Stephen Chow, was released entitled Shaolin Girl. Very few of the cast from the original film made an appearance. Sing (Stephen Chow) is a master of Shaolin kung fu, whose goal in life is to promote the spiritual and practical benefits of the art to modern society. He experiments with various methods to inform the modern world about shaolin kung fu, some of which include comedic song and dance routines, but all bear no positive results. He then meets ‘Golden Leg’ Fung (Ng Man Tat), a legendary Hong Kong soccer star in his day, who is now lame owing to the treachery of a former teammate Hung, now a rich businessman. Sing explains his desires to promote the modern uses of kung fu to Fung, who initially is unconvinced with Sing’s idea and brushes off his pleas. When Fung realizes Sing has superior muscular power in his right foot

Question: Let’s be honest, on what possible basis do soccer fans have to call American sports “boring” ?
We can completely stretch the facts, and even some lies, and soccer fan still come up WAY short.

I can understand if someone isn’t into sports. I can understand the occasional basketball fan who calls baseball boring, and vice versa, even though I don’t agree.

But what grounds does a soccer fan stand on when he (rarely a she) calls baseball, basketball, or football boring?

What grounds does he possibly stand on when he calls our athletes “soft”, when soccer players routine get carried off the field on stretchers because of collisions that may not even knock our athletes off their feet. When soccer players sit out a half to “recover”, leaving their team down a player for the entire stretch, because of an “injury” that our athletes won’t even come off the field for.

If you put two-and-two together, it seems that most soccer fans have a horrible case of the small you-know-what syndrome.

Too long did not read. Here’s the point. Soccer fans like soccer and most likely never watch an American sport before, so when they first watch it, it would obviously be boring because they don’t know what’s happening. The same can be said to Americans in regard to football (soccer).

Question: What are some good (inexpensive) sports for a 13-year-old girl?
I have never been on a sports team before. The only extracurricular activity I’m doing right now is piano but I’m not even interested in that. I love to sing and I love theater and I already have theater in my mind, but I’m really interested in sports too.

My parents (who should be grateful for having a daughter who wants to be on a team..) aren’t being very supportive and one of the main reasons is because “we can’t afford equipment”. They think it will cost hundreds or thousands of dollars. That may be true, but in my head, it will be worth it.

Basketball is definitely out! I don’t want to do soccer because EVERYONE does that. Not swimming because I have too many scars, even though I am not that bad with swimming. I wanted to do volleyball but I kind of lost interest. I don’t like tennis or raquetball. Track seems fun but I’m not a fast runner. I’m not flexible so gymnastics is out too. Can’t ski because my dad doesn’t want to drive 2 hours out all the time). Already tried martial arts but I quit.. (that’s not a team thing)

I’m really interested in short track speedskating (OLYMPICS!!!) but online, it says the skates are $ 299+. I like inline roller skating too but I don’t know if my parents would even consider that a sport, knowing them..

But those are really the only sports i know..

Are there any sports that I could play in that don’t cost a lot………??

baseball, watersports, beach volleyball.

Question: If blacks are so “good athletes” as the American stereotypes say, where are they in the big majority of sports?
And do not tell me you need money to become an athlete in events as
discus , pole vault , javelin , walking races , shot put , hammer throw , decathlon , triathlon , wrestling , weightlifting , volley , rugby , cricket , hockey , power lifting , soccer , baseball , lacrosse , water polo , climbing , cycling , swimming , gymnastics , diving , MMA , kickboxing etc!

If they could,i believe they would do well in these sports as they do in running events or basketball,i think they just can’t :(

So if black is such a good athlete with doing only 5% of sports, what white or Asian man is when he does all sports and dominate over 95% of them?
